About the Role:
- The Smart Building unit powers STRATIS IoT, a connected living platform for multifamily.
- Own product initiatives across access control and IoT, including partner APIs and smart water.
- Work at the intersection of product ownership and partner strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define scope, PRDs, and KPIs; pilot and launch initiatives with ProductOps.
- Translate customer insights into well-scoped requirements and collaborate with engineering.
- Monitor product KPIs for adoption, retention, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, owning features end-to-end.
- Knowledge of access control hardware (BLE, NFC, RFID) and cloud platforms.
- Strong documentation skills for BRDs/PRDs and ability to present to senior leadership.
