Senior Security Endpoint Engineer

About the Role:

• Owns the full lifecycle of endpoint security and management across Dragos, balancing security posture with staff experience.
• Operates at the intersection of security engineering and IT operations, collaborating with Infrastructure/Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Own the complete endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, enrollment, refresh, and decommissioning across all platforms.
• Administer and optimize the EDR platform, lead incident response activities, and establish endpoint patching program.
• Administer MDM, act as escalation point for complex issues, and build automation for configuration management and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security or combined security/IT operations.
• Deep working knowledge of EDR platforms, experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux at scale, and proficiency in scripting.
• Hands-on MDM administration, practical patch management experience, and strong written communication skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $130,000, complemented by a competitive equity package.
