Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for the IT Support team, diagnosing and resolving technical incidents at Tier 2/3 levels.
- Architect systems, user flows, and automation solutions using scripting languages like Python and Go.
- Manage and deploy internal IT services including asset management, compliance reporting, and MDM/RMM tools.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience with strong automation and scripting skills.
- Experience with Mac OS environments, MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune), and identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Entra).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $133,000 - $161,000 USD per year, plus potential bonuses, commissions, and equity.
