Insurance Methodology & Data Products Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end strategy for insurance methodologies across lines.
• Define excellence for our insurance assessment frameworks in terms of user value, defensibility, transparency and update cadence.
• Shape the roadmap for proprietary insurance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance.
• Strong understanding of how insurance products are designed, priced, and regulated, primarily in the US market.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of translating complex insurance and regulatory concepts into clear language for non-experts.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience at a ratings agency, comparison site, fintech, insurtech, or insurance data provider.
• Familiarity with model governance, validation or audit processes for scoring/rating models.
