Structural Designer 3 - Nuclear Power

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with multi-disciplined engineering and design project teams to develop structural physical layout drawings in a 3-D model.
• Design structural supports and foundations, and investigate, troubleshoot, and solve structural design issues.
• Use 3D modeling software tools to generate structural design schematics and mentor less experienced drafters.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in drafting or high school diploma with drafting coursework and 4+ years of detailed design experience.
• Proficiency with design software tools for 3D plant layout models, specifically Open Building Designer.
• Experience in reviewing structural layout drawings involving steel frames, connections, concrete members, and foundations.
