Senior Business Systems Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Gather business requirements and configure Zuora applications to support finance operations and evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the Zuora ecosystem to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving finance, engineering, and business teams to deliver system enhancements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Zuora Billing and Revenue platforms.
• 5+ years of financial systems administration experience with platforms like NetSuite, Sage, or Salesforce Financial Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora reporting, data queries, and SQL to support business reporting requirements.
