Chief of Staff

This is a force multiplier role. You’ll support the CEO and our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), driving execution, communication, and alignment on the company’s most important initiatives. The role will report to the CEO. Responsibilities include ensuring ELT meetings are productive and focused, helping the CEO prepare for meetings, leading company-level initiatives, tracking goals, partnering with leaders to ensure coordination, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting in developing a long-range business plan.
