Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of service delivery and compliance with accreditation requirements.

- Ensure global internal and external KPIs are met.
Technical:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product regulatory/market evolution.
- Act as Technical Lead contact and communicate effectively.
- Ensure compliance with global technical documents.
Business:
- Provide commercial strategy and business plan for product growth.
- Establish global and local pricing strategies.
- Develop marketing materials to support business growth.
