What You’ll Do:

  • Build Savoy Life’s Technology Platform from the Ground Up.
  • Partner directly with our CEO and COO to design and build the technical foundation.
  • Own the creation of data infrastructure and early products.

Lead AI/ML‑Driven Capabilities:

  • Implement and own the technical strategy for AI‑enabled clinical signals.
  • Leverage LLMs to power virtual rounding and structured clinical summaries.
  • Use AI‑native tools to accelerate prototyping and development velocity.

Own Security, Compliance & Reliability:

  • Build Savoy’s platform with HIPAA compliance from day one.
  • Implement secure data storage, encryption, and access control.
  • Establish best practices for uptime, reliability, and operational readiness.
