Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a "scouter" for the executive team.
- Personally design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
- Train staff on the tools you build and iterate based on feedback.
Example Initiatives:
- Create tools that pre-populate structured clinical documentation, care plans, and problem lists.
- Prototype workflows that surface high-risk patients based on diagnoses and utilization patterns.
- Build agents that ingest referrals, clinical summaries, and prior utilization data.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations.
- Proven experience building in low-code/no-code environments.
- Ability to talk to clinical leaders and translate their pain points into a logical workflow.
