Overview:
- Embed behavioral health expertise into digital platforms.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to build AI-enabled healthcare tools.
- Ensure products are clinically sound, ethically designed, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Distill complex clinical processes to drive roadmap execution.
- Shape patient and clinician-facing digital tools.
- Define safety guardrails and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of post-graduate experience (PsyD, PhD, MD, or DO).
- Experience with AI governance and clinical standards.
- Deep expertise in quality, patient safety, and behavioral health operations.
