IT Subject Matter Expert (Assessment Validation & Content Review) Contract

Our Certificate IV in Information Technology was recently launched and has proven popular, with student numbers continuing to grow. We’re committed to delivering an outstanding learner experience, so we’re looking for a qualified Information Technology Subject Matter Expert to help us review and validate assessment materials, ensure compliance, and implement improvements now, so our students get the very best from their studies. As an IT Subject Matter Expert, you will review and validate assessment materials for selected Certificate IV in IT modules; ensure all assessments meet ASQA and compliance requirements; check that assessment tasks align accurately with related learning content; evaluate student usability, ensuring tasks are clear, practical, and accessible; provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvements; and collaborate with our Product and Learning Design teams to update and refine materials.
