We’re seeking a Training Manager to lead our trainer and assessor team, ensuring high-quality, compliant training and assessment, outstanding student engagement, and consistent delivery performance. This role is pivotal in supporting our trainers, driving professional development, and maintaining delivery standards that align with both compliance requirements and our commitment to student success.
Help review and validate assessment materials, ensure compliance, and implement improvements with a per-piece contract role at $400 per module validation, expected to take between 4–8 hours. Opportunities for future contract assessment work may also be available. You will review and validate assessment materials for selected Certificate IV in IT modules; ensure all assessments meet ASQA and compliance requirements; and check that assessment tasks align accurately with related learning content.
We are looking for a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to support learners on their journey in our Certificate IV in Community Services program. You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed by guiding them through course content, running weekly live Q&A sessions, and providing 1:1 support. You will also assess their work and share your industry expertise to keep our learning materials relevant and engaging.
