Senior Product Designer & Manager

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a key leader and contributor on our design team, which is focused on Tala’s core business of helping customers get flexible loans and increase their financial agency. You will have the opportunity to build brand new products across our markets, as we make Tala products available to more customers. As a part of the Product Design team, you will be a problem solver, collaborator, and ambitious about elevating the quality of our products and how we build them. The role involves creating customer-centric experiences, leading projects beyond the roadmap, and producing design assets. Must coach the team to use established design system, style guides, patterns and assets in the creation of UX deliverables.
