Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Platform

This is for a highly technical Engineering Manager to lead a senior team of engineers managing our AWS cloud infrastructure and building our development platform on Kubernetes. The ideal candidate is passionate about developer efficiency through excellent planning, techniques, and architectures and is also able to jump into tough problems to help resolve them.

The Engineering Manager is accountable for all aspects of the team’s performance including velocity of feature delivery, quality, operational excellence, hiring, retention, professional growth, and well-being. They will also foster a culture of clarity, alignment, and confidence to help the team deliver on goals effectively, work with stakeholders to drive out the strategy, roadmap, and architecture for the application development platform, design, build, and launch new platform features to improve the overall quality and experience of software development at SmarterDx, and champion DevOps and SRE culture across the organization, while supporting our platform in production.
