Job Description
In the Product team, EBANX is responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to customers and the business by combining strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals. As the New Product Specialist, work with a cross functional team to own the payment product roadmap for SEA with focus on APMs. Drive merchant-first integrations, shape APIs, review tech docs, and lead solution design. Collaborate across Ops, Treasury, Growth, and Sales Engineering to deliver high-converting solutions. Drive technical excellence in integrations by ensuring clear documentation, backlog management, and seamless execution. Align teams around regional priorities, making sure product decisions reflect strategy and on-the-ground realities. Use data to tell stories, prioritize ruthlessly, write specs, run pilots, and ship improvements. Stay close to the market, understanding regulations, new providers, and the landscape in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, & Philippines.
