Job Description
The Senior QA Engineer will develop and maintain manual and automated test plans and scripts tailored for Genesys Cloud call flows and telecom integrations. Responsibilities include executing functional, regression, performance, stress, and end-to-end testing across platforms, conducting IVR routing, SIP trunk, chat, email, and API validation. The candidate will also log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Rally, QTest, or Agile Central. They will also collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Support teams to clarify requirements, fix issues, and retest resolutions. Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools like Splunk, GA/GAX, Pulse and ensure compliance with industry standards.
