We are seeking a Staff-level AI systems engineer to build our internal AI platform from the ground up.
You will own the AI roadmap, starting with engineering SDLC and scaling company-wide.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement reusable AI primitives including agents, tools, retrieval, and workflow runners.
Drive AI adoption across CI/CD, testing, and developer experience, measuring impact on cycle time and quality.

Requirements:

Proven staff-level impact shipping internal platforms or developer tools.
Strong programming in Python or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in LLM APIs and orchestration.
