About the Role:

  • CaptivateIQ is building AI capabilities to transform sales performance management.
  • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agentic SDK team, you'll own the technical roadmap for AI projects.
  • You'll work across the full stack from React/TypeScript to Python and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the technical roadmap for AI platform initiatives.
  • Architect and implement production-grade LLM orchestration systems.
  • Lead technical design for cross-functional AI features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
  • Deep proficiency in Python and experience with Django.
  • Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript.
