Serve as key contributor to development of Ascender Pro and other internal applications.
Take ownership of engineering work across frontend and backend systems.
Ship features at high velocity with emphasis on backend proficiency.

Needed to Succeed:

Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and NPM.
Experience with or willingness to work in Go.
Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools with critical thinking.

Education and Experience:

6-8+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven track record building production applications in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
