About the Role:
- Own problems from discovery to delivery, working directly with users and stakeholders.
- Build with AI agents and coordinate with other Product Engineers.
- Verify end-to-end and iterate until the outcome is achieved.
What You'll Own:
- Functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, and security.
- Production code across the full stack: Python, Django, AWS, React, PostgreSQL.
- Monitoring, debugging, and support for what you ship.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years building production web applications with demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and a drive to stay ahead.
- Low ego, high EQ, and the ability to communicate across teams.
