Deliver virtual, evidence-based care to women in midlife, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, and related health transitions.
Utilize structured clinical pathways and a supportive platform to provide seamless care including labs, prescriptions, and referrals.

Schedule & Commitment:

Work a minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week in scheduled blocks, with patient hours aligned between 7 AM and 7 PM patient local time.
Maintain team continuity by limiting time off to no more than three consecutive days within the scheduled work week.
Weekend shift availability opens after completing 80 hours of weekday patient care.

Qualifications & Support:

Must reside in Washington State and hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority and national board certification.
Requires at least 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology, along with high proficiency in telehealth technology.
