Platform Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

• Evolve an Internal Developer Platform enabling secure and self-service deployment.
• Architect infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on GCP.
• Participate in build/run rotations: production incidents, monitoring alerts, and complex investigations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering in a demanding production environment.
• Deep expertise in a CSP, managing services like Kubernetes, Object Storage, and Database.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and automation (FluxCD).

Soft Skills:

• Work autonomously but collaboratively in a full remote team, with clear written communication.
• Value team needs and product/business challenges; a platform is only valuable if used.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and continuous learning.
