Job Description
The MEAL Advisor will provide technical assistance on monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning to country offices’ MEAL and programme staff, including use and adaption of standard tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting for both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. They will provide technical support to the programme and MEAL teams at country offices to adopt and implement the organizational DMEAL guidance. This role supports WR MEAL function in continuously improving its data collection, management and reporting systems. They will also take part in the development of organizational MEAL resources that support Country Offices to better realize impact reporting.
