Global Health Visions (GHV) is seeking an experienced Senior Evaluation Consultant to support our partners with end-term and external evaluations, and to strengthen monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) systems. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience applying OECD-DAC evaluation criteria within MLE frameworks and be proficient in a range of evaluation methodologies. This consultant will provide strategic leadership in designing evaluation approaches and methodologies and will offer technical guidance to GHV team members on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
