Job Description
How you'll add value:
- Partner with Business Unit leaders and end users to understand workflows.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to define success criteria and adoption plans.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and solution designs.
Agent & Automation Development:
- Configure and implement AI agents in Glean.
- Build, test, and maintain Workato recipes to automate business processes.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track KPIs such as time saved and user satisfaction.
- Analyze performance and usage data to recommend improvements.
- Maintain a backlog of opportunities and continuously identify use cases.
