- Lead strategic conversations with business and engineering teams to address reporting challenges and define initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and guide junior business analysts.
- Serve as primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Has demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Has deep understanding of financial products and regulatory landscape.
