Client Delivery & Utilization:

Act as a hands-on contributor across BI projects, including report development, dashboard creation, and DAX measure development.
Partner with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions for law firm operational needs.
Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions tailored to client workflows.

Technical Oversight:

Provide guidance on BI tools and technologies such as Power BI, Fabric, SQL, and data lakes.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions.
Support best practices in semantic modeling, DAX, performance tuning, and solution design.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BI function.
Stay current with emerging BI tools, trends, and law firm industry practices.
