AI Architect

Mitratech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to design and drive the technical architecture behind our next generation of AI-powered products and capabilities. This role will be instrumental in shaping how AI is embedded into Mitratech’s enterprise solutions, from intelligent document processing and workflow automation to generative copilots and predictive analytics. The AI Architect will serve as the technical thought leader for AI solution design—prototyping, evaluating, and implementing advanced models and systems that translate business needs into scalable, production-ready technology. The role includes defining the product vision for AI-powered capabilities, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to solve customer problems in compliance, legal, risk, and HR; working with customers to identify high-value AI use cases, translating opportunities into actionable product requirements; and collaborating with AI Architects, Engineers, and Data Scientists to design feasible AI solutions.
