Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture of DAPI's product portfolio, setting engineering standards and leading technology evaluation and adoption.
• Lead the Firefox software engineering team, providing direction, capacity planning, and capability development through mentorship.
• Define and execute the application-layer AI integration strategy, ensuring responsible AI compliance and collaboration with data science.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with 8+ years of professional software development and 2+ years of technical team leadership.
• Expert-level skills in React/TypeScript and C#/ASP.NET Core, with proven experience in Azure cloud architecture and AI-integrated product features.
• Required certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.

Technical Environment:

• Enterprise architecture focuses on Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipeline ownership, and Agile delivery leadership.
• Deep knowledge of AI application integration, Azure AI Services, and DAPI AI governance policies for implementation at the application layer.
• Skills include translating product roadmaps into engineering plans and communicating technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.
