Job Summary:

  • Seek a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to support business process reengineering initiatives.
  • Gather requirements, analyze current processes, and deliver optimized solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain documentation and track work in ADO while collaborating effectively with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, creating As-Is and To-Be process flows and user stories.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Define KPIs and business rules, prepare test cases, support UAT, and assist in end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and process modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and ADO, with experience in CRM or ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
