Job Description

Provide leadership and coordination for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting enterprise ERP deployments in a secure, mission-critical defense environment. Responsible for facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams, managing dependencies, and continuously improving delivery processes. The ideal candidate will bring 15 years of relevant experience, including Agile delivery in Oracle-based enterprise systems and Department of Defense (DoD) environments. Serve as the RTE for one or more Agile Release Trains, leading planning and coordination across multiple Agile teams. Facilitate PI Planning sessions, Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events, Scrum of Scrums, and ART-level retrospectives in collaboration with systems integrator (SI) RTEs. Champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) best practices and ensure consistent application of Agile principles, cadence, and ceremonies across assigned teams. Guide, coach, and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to optimize collaboration, improve delivery velocity, and align efforts with program goals. Identify and track ART-level risks, impediments, and dependencies; engage with stakeholders to remove blockers and enable execution. Monitor and report ART performance using tools and metrics to track sprint progress, feature completion, story throughput, and PI objectives. Provide weekly reporting to program leadership, including summaries of progress, blockers, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate deployment and migration of delivered software, configurations, and data through the DevSecOps pipeline in partnership with Government and contractor teams. Lead continuous improvement efforts, including process refinement and policy development; present well-documented recommendations to leadership. Support delivery of at least 80% of PI sprint goals through effective coordination and backlog health monitoring. Contribute to quarterly performance assessments of Agile contractor teams for Government leadership review.
