Procurement Senior Expert (Tender Manager)

The analyst ensures effective and efficient transactions related to sourcing services. This role involves building relationships with suppliers, assisting in cost negotiation, awarding, and contracting, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and profitability. A primary responsibility is managing RFx events (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) to support the supplier selection process. The role also includes providing day-to-day operations related to e-sourcing activities in the ERP system (Ariba/eSourcing tool) based on Global Procurement team requirements. Responsibilities include setting up and managing e-sourcing events, working with Global Procurement teams to identify suitable goods and services for negotiation, and administering activities such as RFx creation and evaluation. The Senior Expert will ensure timely processing of requests, professional handling of inquiries, and accurate record-keeping in the system. They will also report incoming issues, monitor their status, and drive resolution as needed. The role requires frequent travel within Europe.
