As the Social Content Strategist at OnePay, your work will have a direct impact on our brand presence across every social channel, driving brand awareness and community growth that help more people discover—and benefit from—financial progress. You will own and evolve the content strategy for all organic social media channels and develop and maintain a strategic content calendar, rooted in data insights. Translate business and brand objectives into social‑first content ideas that stop the scroll.
Build briefs for campaigns, product launches, and always‑on series. Collaborate with design, copy, and product teams to ensure output is aligned, on time, and high quality. Work with external partners and creators to produce best‑in-class content. Identify content themes, formats, and opportunities based on performance and cultural trends. Create systems for planning, feedback, approvals, and posting across channels. Analyze content performance, share insights, and iterate quickly.
