Senior Product Manager - Payments

The ultimate mission is to deliver a best-in-class product experience for our users. As the passionate advocate for our customers, you will own the product vision and strategy for the core transactional journey across both Sendwave and WorldRemit. You will report to the Director of Product, Payments. You will achieve this by: Defining the CX North Star: Developing a deep understanding of our users through research and data, and using those insights to define and execute a roadmap that removes friction and builds trust. Launching New Capabilities : Leading the rollout of new payment methods and features in our global markets, including traditional and emerging payment technologies like stablecoin, ensuring every launch enhances the user journey. Driving Growth & Compliance : Collaborating with your cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal to enhance our product offerings and drive growth, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
