Serve as the strategic leader of our engineering operating system.
You will own the health, configuration, and insights derived from the Jira and Jellyfish tools.
Automate the mundane and focus on high-leverage organizational improvements.

What You Will Do:

Design, build and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules at scale.
Integrate AI Agents to handle ticket hygiene - automatically flagging stale issues, summarizing long comment threads for stakeholders, and triaging incoming requests.
Use LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) to synthesize monthly Jellyfish data into executive-level narratives that explain the "Why" behind the "What."

What We Are Looking For:

5+ years in Engineering Operations (EngOps), Program Management, or a similar data-heavy engineering role.
Comfortable leveraging AI agents and LLMs for data analysis and scripting tasks.
Programming & Integration: Ability to write basic Python or JavaScript for API integrations.
