About the Role:
- Specialize in a specific brand through our 3-week training program.
- Main responsibility is processing loan applications.
- Handle a queue of loan applications.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding their loan application
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications.
- Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or fax.
Requirements:
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
