Own the judgment-heavy quality analysis and root cause for annotated data.
Work closely with ML engineers and external annotation partners.
Be the in-house expert who tells apart annotation drift, model regression, and field degradation.

What You'll Do:

Run the daily review queue and produce verdicts with root cause.
Build performance trackers and detect anomalies against a baseline.
Query data directly with Python and SQL to test hypotheses.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong statistics and data analysis skills.
Experience with annotated CV/ML datasets and quality guidelines.

Comfortable with ambiguity and presenting competing hypotheses.
Strong written communicator who produces reports others act on.
