About the Role:
- Internal audit is being asked to do more with less, with budget cuts rising from 11% to 19% in a single year.
- You will own the strategy for how Fieldguide wins this market and the roadmap to get there.
What You'll Do:
- Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line, from market entry to a sequenced roadmap.
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, communicate strategy, and drive feature adoption.
- Work directly with Chief Audit Executives, VPs of Internal Audit, and Heads of IT Audit, including onsite.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or regulated compliance workflow.
- Fluent in audit vocabulary and strong technical fluency with LLMs and agent architecture.
- Able to hold strategic positions under pressure and translate skeptic workflows into product requirements.
