Director, Product Management

LastPass is looking for a Director, Product Management to drive innovation for Business customers and Partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll own the Teams and Business admin experience and lead the evolution of our Partner & MSP platform—key drivers of revenue, retention, and growth. You’ll shape the multi-year product vision, collaborate across teams, and deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that empower IT admins and partners alike. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you! As a key member of the product leadership team, you’ll collaborate across engineering, design, channel sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive business impact and customer satisfaction. You’ll also mentor product managers and help grow a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with executives and stakeholders to align product strategy with company vision—translating big ideas into measurable outcomes.
