Job Description
As Director of Field Finance:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial statements for clients and corporations, including monthly statements, annual budgets, and annual reports.
- Collaborate with venue finance teams and General Managers to ensure industry best practices are in place.
Finance Operations:
- Oversee payroll process for accuracy and timeliness of paychecks.
- Oversee box office, ticket sale receipts, and reporting.
- Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers.
Business Partnership:
- Partner with venue finance teams and General Managers in reviewing and approving venue budgets before presentation to clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Assist with projecting event deals, actual event P&Ls, analysis, and "settlement" of shows on the night of events.
