Make a personal difference in the global employment space as an International Operations Specialist, joining Remote's International Operations team. Provide critical project management to setup EOR operations in new countries and ensure continuity of EOR entities operations, liaising with external and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day management of expansion projects and entity maintenance tasks, deadlines and deliverables contributing to continuous progress, completion of milestones and providing regular, timely and detailed progress updates.
As Specialist International Operations, you are expected to have a basic business sense and to align with your Manager to prioritize work based on common goals, potential revenue and risk assessment. Gather and refine requirements for the creation of Customer and Employee facing forms on the Remote platform. Work closely with legal team and local legal partners to implement Employment Agreements and other legal documents on the Remote and other contracts platforms. Continuous learning and development of operations setup in new countries and Entity Maintenance requirements through highly effective communication, documentation and process adherence.
Multi-tasking across projects and jurisdictions guided by strategic goals and tactical priorities. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborating towards improved and more productive workflow. Be able to drive your own work, with Manager’s guidance, while still being able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers. Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up. In your role, you will make a direct impact in Remote's global operations.
