Staff Engineer - INFOR M3 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

Job Overview:

• Experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise in supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules including Procurement, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution.
• Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting with strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes.
• Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, business process mapping, and understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.
• Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
