Full Stack Software Engineer, Technical Referent

In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of scalable solutions for high-performance platforms. You’ll collaborate with technology leaders and cross-regional teams to translate complex business requirements into reliable full-stack systems. Acting as a technical referent, you’ll drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, production-ready software that supports global operations. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack applications using Java or Golang and modern frontend frameworks. Further responsibilities include leading architecture and system design decisions to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability, administering and optimizing AWS resources, automations, and internal platforms supporting the engineering organization and promoting best coding practices.
