Job Description
The Executive Assistant & Project Manager will support the leadership of the Client Experience (CX) team. Managing calendars, prepping materials, and following up on key initiatives will be a part of the day-to-day. Throughout the day, managing internal workflows, tracking project progress, and surfacing client retention and upsell opportunities will be important. The ideal candidate will keep the team organized by updating task boards, documenting action items, and coordinating with cross-functional teams within Strategy, Revenue and People.
This person will serve as a strategic right hand to CX leadership, assist in preparing materials for client QBRs, cross-functional team meetings, and executive presentations as well as build and maintain Asana task boards, timelines, and progress trackers for leadership priorities. They will also enable client retention and growth through tracking and supporting execution of client retention efforts, including satisfaction surveys, renewal checkpoints, and milestone touchpoints.
