Responsible for the implementation and management of programs that oversee the Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Repair and Replacement of mechanical, electrical, control systems, plumbing, HVAC systems and other building mechanical systems. Ensure all mechanical assets for up to 35-40 buildings across the U.S. are properly maintained, repaired and managed in CMMS.
