Job Description
Program Management:
-Implement and manage programs for operation and maintenance.
-Oversee preventive maintenance and reactive repair.
-Manage mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Technical Expertise:
-Serve as HVAC/mechanical subject matter expert.
-Advise facilities managers and technicians.
-Provide training and quality control to technicians.
Project Coordination:
-Manage maintenance, upgrade, and replacement projects.
-Coordinate with subcontracted vendors.
-Monitor work performed on projects.
