Play a vital role in translating complex technical concepts from our healthcare environment into simple, accessible content for Alma’s customers. Craft and execute messaging strategies for high-value Alma help content, empowering our providers and clients to understand their insurance landscape and use our platform and product effectively to solve problems. In the long term, use data to craft multi-channel, scalable content strategies to align with provider and client goals, Alma business needs, and industry best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with CX managers, product managers, operations managers, and product designers to ensure that our help content is integrated with the user experience. Translate difficult and esoteric insurance and technical content into straightforward and accessible resources and manage resources to enable consistent content across the full Alma support ecosystem. Analyze and optimize content performance by using data to identify how our data is and isn’t meeting customer and business needs.
