Product Designer

Smalls is looking for a versatile Product Designer who isn't afraid to tackle everything from complex user flows to high-converting landing pages. This role is perfect for a design generalist who gets energized by fast-paced environments and crafting experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished designs across the entire product ecosystem. As part of the lean team, you'll help shape how users interact with our platform while driving meaningful growth through thoughtful, data-informed design decisions. The designer will design end-to-end user experiences, collaborate with product managers and engineers, create and maintain design system components, conduct user research, iterate on design concepts, work closely with developers, and analyze user behavior data. The designer will also present design concepts, identify design opportunities, and support product launches.
