Responsibilities:
- Define the overarching technical strategy, govern architectural standards , and ensure seamless, scalable integration across the HCM suite.
- Manage technical SAP Teams through complex system development and deployment.
- Solutions to include artificial intelligence, application development and integration in one unified environment.
Qualifications:
- Education focus degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology major, or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience as an Architect/Senior consultant in at least 8 SAP Success Factors/HR Implementations.
- 10+ years SAP Success Factors hands-on experience.
